摘　　要：目的:评估23 G玻璃体切除术(PPV)治疗Terson综合征的效果。方法:回顾性分析上海交大附属瑞金医院2008年10月至2018年7月行PPV治疗Terson综合征者15例(22只眼)的临床资料,随访7~43个月,评估术后视力和并发症。结果:所有患者术后平均视力(BCVA,log MAR)为0.42±0.25,优于术前的1.99±0.21,差异有统计学意义(t=10.850,P=0.000)。术后并发症出现视网膜脱离者(1只眼)和眼压升高者(4只眼)。结论:23 G PPV可有效治疗Terson综合征,术后视力改善明显。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 23 G vitrectomy for the treatment of Terson syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 22 eyes of 15 patients with Terson syndrome who underwent 23 G vitrectomy at Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University from Oct.2008 to Jul.2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The visual acuity and complications were evaluated after vitrectomy.The followed-up time was 7-43 months.Results The best corrected visual acuity(log MAR)after vitrectomy improved from 1.99±0.21 to 0.42±0.25.The difference was statistically significant(t=10.850,P=0.000).The postoperative complications included retinal detachment in 1 eye and elevated intraocular pressure in 4 eyes.Conclusion 23 G vitrectomy for the treatment of Terson syndrome is effective,and the postoperative visual acuity is improved obviously.
