摘　　要：目的:观察绷带式接触镜治疗青光眼滤过手术后早期滤过泡渗漏的效果。方法:收集2018年2月至2018年11月济南市第二人民医院角膜绷带式接触镜治疗青光眼小梁切除术后滤过泡渗漏38例(38眼)的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:戴镜前眼压为(7.3±1.31)mmHg,戴镜后1周升至(12.1±1.10)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa,P=0.000)。戴镜前中央前房深度为(1.53±0.13)mm,戴镜后1周升至(2.10±0.19)mm(P=0.000)。戴镜前下睑中央泪河高度为(0.24±0.324)mm,戴镜后1周升至(0.48±0.28)mm(P=0.000),戴镜后2周泪河高度(0.25±0.11)mm(P=0.863)。戴镜后1周有28例(73.68%,28/38)滤过泡渗漏消失,眼压及前房稳定;戴镜后2周8例(21.05%,8/38)滤过泡渗漏消失。结论:角膜绷带式接触镜治疗小梁切除术后青光眼滤过泡渗漏是安全有效的。Objective To observe the efficacy of soft bandage contact lens for the treatment of early filtration bleb leakage after trabeculectomy.Methods A retrospective study.The data of 38 eyes of 38 glaucoma patients from Feb.2018 to Nov.2018 in the Second People’s Hospital of Jinan were analyzed.All patients with bleb leakage after trabeculectomy wore bandage contact lens.Results The IOP of patients before wearing the lens were(7.3±1.31)mmHg and(12.1±1.10)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)at 1 week after wearing the lens(P=0.000).The depth of the central anterior chamber before wearing the lens was(1.53±0.13)mm,and(1.10±0.19)mm at 1 week after wearing the lens(P=0.000).The height of the tear river in the center of the lower eyelid at 1 week after wearing the lens was from(0.24±0.32)mm to(0.48±0.28)mm(P=0.000).At 2 weeks after wearing the lens,the height of the tear river was(0.25±0.11)mm(P=0.863).The leakage of bleb was disappeared in 28 cases(73.68%)at 1 week and in 8 cases(21.05%)at 2 weeks after wearing the lens.Conclusion Bandage contact lens is a safe and effective device for early bleb leakage after trabeculectomy.
