超声乳化技术在青光眼性白内障治疗中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化技术在青光眼性白内障治疗中的效果。方法选择2015年6月~2019年6月接收的70例青光眼性白内障患者(单眼患病)随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用小切口白内障囊外摘除术进行治疗,观察组采用超声乳化技术治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的眼压、视力改善情况、治疗前后角膜内皮细胞的计数及并发症发生率。结果治疗前两组患者的平均眼压无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的平均眼压和视力改善程度明显优于对照组,两组患者治疗前角膜内皮细胞计数无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后,术后1周、4周、12周后角膜内皮细胞计数均有所减少,观察组角膜内皮细胞计数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声乳化技术治疗青光眼性白内障患者,能够有效改善患者的视力,稳定患者眼压,有利于内皮细胞的生长,降低术后并发症发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification technology in the treatment of glaucoma cataract.Methods 70 patients with glaucoma cataract(single eye)treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision cataract extracapsular extraction and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity improvement,corneal endothelial cell count,and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the average intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The average intraocular pressure and visual acuity improvement in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,there was no significant difference in corneal endothelial cell count between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment in the observation group,corneal endothelial cell counts decreased after 1 week,4 weeks,and 12 weeks after surgery.The corneal endothelial cell count in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of phacoemulsification technology in the treatment of glaucoma cataract patients can effectively improve the patient's vision,stabilize the patient's intraocular pressure,benefit the growth of endothelial cells,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
