摘 要:脑梗死具有较高的致死率和致残率,对患者生活健康造成严重影响。目前有大量中西医治疗方法可降低脑梗死的影响并改善预后,但不少治疗方法仍处于研究中。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)作为一种神经营养蛋白,在中枢神经系统的发育、成熟及神经元损伤的修复中发挥重要作用,大量临床前研究通过各种途径提升中枢BDNF水平以达到治疗脑梗死的目的。进一步明确BDNF治疗脑梗死的原理及目前已知的各种通过提高BDNF治疗脑梗死的方法,并阐述其存在的问题及未来的发展方向,为BDNF用于脑梗死的临床治疗做出贡献。Cerebral infarction has a high mortality and disability rate,which has a serious impact on patients′lives and health.At present,there are a large number of Chinese and western treatment methods that can reduce the impact of cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis,but many are still under study.Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),as a kind of neurotrophic protein,plays an important role in the development and maturation of central nervous system and the repair of neuron damage.A large number of preclinical studies to improve the level of BDNF in the central nervous system through various ways have been conducted to achieve the purpose of treating cerebral infarction.To further clarify the mechanisms of BDNF in the treatment of cerebral infarction and various known methods to improve BDNF in the treatment,and elaborate its existing problems and future development direction,can make contribution to the clinical treatment.
