摘 要:目的开发一种含有甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸胆碱(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine,MPC)和无定形磷酸钙纳米颗粒(nanoparticles of amorphous calcium phosphate,NACP)的具有抗蛋白附着和再矿化功能的复合树脂。方法将MPC和NACP添加到复合树脂中作为实验组,商品化的复合树脂作为对照组;应用三点弯曲试验测试材料的力学性能;双辛丁酸法测试试件表面蛋白的附着量;使用人唾液培养所得的牙菌斑全菌生物膜模型来研究生物膜的活性,检测菌落形成单位(colony forming unit,CFU)计数,活/死细菌染色。结果实验组和对照组的力学性能差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的蛋白附着量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),大约是对照组的10%;与对照组比较,实验组的全菌、总链球菌和变形链球菌的3个CFU计数均降低了约7倍,活/死菌染色显示实验组试件表面粘附的细菌量明显低于对照组。结论含有MPC和NACP的复合树脂可以显著降低蛋白附着量和细菌的粘附,具有广泛的应用前景。Objective To develop a protein-repellent and remineralization dental composite containing 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine(MPC)and nanoparticles of amorphous calcium phosphate(NACP).Methods MPC and NACP were incorporated into composite.A commercial composite was used as control.Mechanical properties were measured in three-point flexure.Protein adsorption onto composite was determined by a micro bicinchoninic acid method.A human saliva microcosm biofilm model was used to investigate biofilm viability.Results Composite with MPC and NACP had mechanical properties similar to those of commercial control(P>0.05).MPC-NACP composite had much less of protein adsorption,which was 10%that of control(P<0.05).MPC-NACP composite greatly reduced bacterial adhesion,all three colony forming unit counts in experimental group were 7-fold lower than those in control.Conclusion The protein-repellent and remineralization dental composite greatly reduced the protein adsorption and bacterial adhesion.This novel dental composite may have wide application.
