摘  要:首先对光合细菌进行驯化绘制生长曲线,确定菌体收获时间为72 h。然后确定最适生长条件:废水与无菌水以1:1混合,取混合液1000 mL,加入10 mL营养盐溶液,2.0 g尿素,用碳酸钙和碳酸氢钠控制溶液的pH为7~8之间,接种20 mL光合细菌菌液,放到恒温水浴震荡器中,调节温度。在光照条件下进行培养,时间控制在72 h。菌体蛋白产率为112.2 g/L废水,蛋白含量为35.85%。最后应用实验,一个月的喂养试验,彩霞鱼生长状况良好,证明该菌体蛋白可以作为鱼的饵料。First,photosynthetic bacteria were domesticated,its growth curve was drawn,and its harvest time was 72 h.The effects of light,nutrient solution dosage,urea dosage and bacterial dosage on the yield of bacterial protein were examined,and the optimum growth conditions were determined.The wastewater and aseptic water were mixed in a ratio of 1:1,the 1000 mL of mixture was taken,10 mL nutrient solution and 2.0 g urea were added,calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate were used to control the pH to 7~8,and the 20 mL photosynthetic bacteria liquid was inoculated,and then it was put in the constant temperature water bath oscillators with the temperature of 30℃.Under the condition of 40 W incandescent lighting,the culture time was controlled at 72 h.The yield of bacterial protein was 112.2 g/L,and the protein content was 35.85%.Finally,an application experiment was carried out.One month feeding test showed that the growth of the rainbow fish was good,which proved that the bacterial protein could be used as a food for fish.
