摘　　要：高校教学改革的重点是培养大学生的创新创业能力,创新实验项目的实施在这个过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,逐渐引起大家的高度关注。本文通过总结自身参与创新实验项目的实施经验,结合化学化工的专业特点,从加强引导启发、激发科研兴趣、利用课余时间、促进成果产出等方面提出了建议,为进一步提高创新实验项目的实施效果、实现新时代创新创业人才的培养目标提供参考。The key point of teaching reform in colleges and universities is to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.The implementation of innovation experiment project has played an important role in this process,which has gradually attracted great attention.Based on the experience of participating in the innovation experiment project and the specialty characteristics of chemical engineering,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of strengthening guidance and inspiration,arousing the interest of scientific research,using spare time,promoting the output of achievements,etc.,so as to provide reference for further improving the implementation effect of innovation experiment project and realizing the training goal of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in the new era.
