摘 要:在考虑直线电动机横向偏移、制动、横向边端效应、纵向边端效应的影响下,针对帽型次级直线电动机弯道制动的工况,建立了帽型直线电动机的三维有限元模型,分析了次级板涡流分布,得到了不同偏移量下帽型直线电动机初级所受的制动力、法向力和侧向力随转差率的变化规律。结果表明,帽型次级直线电动机弯道制动时,会使次级板涡流的分布区域发生横向畸变,从而使得初级所受的制动力减小,法向力变化趋势增大,侧向力变化剧烈。三维力的改变增加弯道制动时轮对间的磨损,且影响车辆的稳定运行。Under the influence of the lateral offset,the braking and the lateral and longitudinal end effect,the 3-D model of the linear motor with cap-secondary was established for the condition of the bending brake.And the finite element model was used to analyze the eddy current of the secondary plate.The variation of the braking force,vertical force and lateral force with the slip rate of the linear motor at different offsets was obtained.The results show that when the linear motor with cap-secondary brakes in a corner,the distribution of the eddy current of the secondary plate will be laterally distorted,so that the braking force of the primary is reduced,the trend of the vertical force is increased,and the lateral force is changed.Intense,affecting the wear and tear of the wheel.The change of 3-D force seriously affects the wear and tear of the wheels and the table operation of the vehicle during cornering braking.
