摘 要:随着JT/T 1178.2-2019《营运货车安全技术条件第2部分:牵引车辆和挂车》的发布与实施,汽车列车必须进行单车道变换、蛇形、稳态回转以及抗侧翻稳定性等试验。其中单车道变换试验主要测量牵引车与挂车的侧向加速度,对车辆抵抗横向翻车与横向侧滑的能力进行评判,是汽车横向稳定性的重要指标之一。从车辆动力学的角度分析了影响汽车列车横向稳定性的主要因素,并通过TruckSim整车仿真软件,依据JT/T 1178.2-2019和GB/T 25979-2010标准对半挂汽车列车的横向稳定性进行了仿真与评价。最后利用先进的测试设备进行了半挂汽车列车的单变道试验,同时提出了在试验和评价方面的注意事项。With the release and implementation of"Safety Technical Conditions for Operating Freight Cars Part 2:Traction Vehicles and Trailers"(JT/T 1178.2-2019),truck trailer must undergo single-lane change,serpentine,steady-state and antirollover stability.The single lane change test mainly measures the lateral acceleration of the tractor and trailer,and evaluates the ability of the vehicle to resist lateral rollover and lateral slip.It is one of the important indicators of the lateral stability of the Tractor-semitrailer.From the perspective of vehicle dynamics,the main factors affecting the lateral stability of the train are analyzed,and the TruckSim vehicle simulation software is used to analyze the lateral stability of the Tractor-semitrailer according to the JT/T 1178.2-2019 and GB/T 25979-2010 standards.The advanced test equipment was used to carry out the single-lane change test of the Tractorsemitrailer,and the precautions in testing and evaluation were also proposed.
