摘　　要：高等教育竞争力是衡量区域高等教育发展水平的重要参数,体现了高等教育在区域社会经济发展中的存在空间和发展趋势。由此,基于系统论原则,选取教育规模、教育资源和教育效益等三个指标,运用指数分析法从历时态(纵向)和共时态(横向)两个维度对甘肃高等教育竞争力(2006-2017年)进行指数分析,以期呈现甘肃高等教育的总体发展水平及其在全国高等教育体系中的现实存在样态。据此,构建提升甘肃高等教育竞争力的可行路径。The competitiveness of higher education, which is an important parameter to measure the development level of regional higher education, reflects the existence space and development trend of higher education in regional social and economic development. Based on the principle of systematology, this paper selects three indexes of educational scale, educational resources and educational efficiency, and uses the index analysis method to analyze the competitiveness of higher education in Gansu Province(2006-2017) from the two dimensions of diachronic(vertical) and synchronic(horizontal), so as to present the overall development level of higher education in this province and its realistic existence in the national higher education system. Therefore, the feasible path to improve its competitiveness is constructed.
