先天五运禀赋与抑郁罹患关联性研究

摘　　要：目的研究抑郁患者先天五运禀赋的分布特点。方法以河南、山东、北京3家精神类疾病医院共7204例抑郁患者为病例组,北京东直门医院49 796例非抑郁患者为对照组,用分层卡方检验及二分类Logistic回归统计其出生、受孕时间五运资料分布的差异。结果抑郁患者的出生天干分布在辛、壬年较多,受孕主运在三、四、终运/出生在二、三、四运的人数分布与对照组相比较大,P<0.05。受孕于己年初运,丁年二运、三运,戊年三运罹患抑郁的人数较少,而出生于庚年四运、辛年四运、丁年四运的抑郁患者较多。结论人体后天抑郁的罹患与出生、受孕时间的五运特点之间存在一定的关联性。Objective To study the characteristics of congenital five-circuit endowment distribution in depressed patients. Methods A total of 7204 depressed patients in three psychiatric hospitals in Henan,Shandong and Beijing were taken as the case group and 49 796 non-depressed patients in Dongzhimen hospital in Beijing as the control group. Stratified chi-square test and binary Logistic regression were used to analyze the differences in the distribution of five-circuits of the time of birth and conception. Results Specifically,the high incidence of depression was associated with born in the year of Xin and Ren. And the distribution of the main circuit of conception was larger in the third,fourth and final circuit. The number of people born in the second,third and fourth transport was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05). The number of patients with depression was less than that of those who were born in the fourth circuit of Geng,the fourth circuit of Xin and the fourth circuit of Ding. Conclusion There is a correlation between the incidence of depression and the time of birth and conception.
