摘　　要：目的探讨全域数字化乳腺摄影(full field digital mammography,FFDM)在肿块型乳腺癌与纤维腺瘤鉴别诊断中的价值,总结FFDM诊断两种疾病的经验,提高鉴别诊断水平。方法回顾性分析安徽省第二人民医院2014年1月~2019年12月经手术病理证实的25例肿块型乳腺癌与40例纤维腺瘤的FFDM表现,将其分为两组(恶性/良性)并加以分析。结果FFDM检查可清晰地显示乳腺肿瘤的大小、部位、边缘特征及腋窝淋巴结情况,两组患者在病灶形态边缘、钙化灶数量方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FFDM检查在肿块型乳腺癌与纤维腺瘤的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the value of full field digital mammography(FFDM)in the differential diagnosis of mass-like breast cancer and fibroadenomas,to summarize the experience of FFDM in the diagnosis of two diseases,and to improve the level of differential diagnosis.Methods The FFDM findings of 25 cases of mass-like breast cancer and 40 cases of fibroadenomas confirmed by surgery and pathology in the Second People's Hospital of Anhui Province from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups(benign and malignant)and further analyzed.Results FFDM examination could clearly show the size,location,marginal characteristics and axillary lymph nodes of breast tumors.There were statistical differences in the shape of the lesions and the number of calcifications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion FFDM is of great value in the differential diagnosis of mass-like breast cancer and fibroadenomas.
