系统化干预护理在血液内科PICC带管出院患者中的预后效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价系统化干预护理在血液内科PICC(peripherally inserted central catheter,经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管)带管出院患者中的应用效果。方法在2017年12月~2019年5月抽取本院血液内科收治的78例PICC带管出院患者作为研究对象,回顾所有病例临床资料,根据不同的护理措施将其分为对照组、观察组。对照组(39例)用常规护理,基于此,观察组(39例)用系统化干预护理,对比两组患者出院后依从性、并发症发生率、自我护理能力评分、患者满意度。结果患者出院后依从性、自我护理能力评分、患者满意度与对照组相比,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液内科PICC带管出院患者护理中,配合科学的系统化干预护理,既可提高患者自我护理能力与出院后依从性,还可减少并发症发生率、提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of systematic intervention nursing on the patients discharged with PICC(peripherally inserted central catheter)from the department of hematology.Methods Seventy-eight patients treated and discharged from the department of hematology in our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.The clinical data of all the patients were reviewed and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing measures.The control group(39 patients)was given conventional nursing,on the basis of which the observation group(39 patients)was given systematic intervention nursing.The post-discharge compliance,complication rate,self-care ability score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The post-discharge compliance,self-care ability score and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients discharged with PICC from the department of hematology,the combined application of scientific systematic intervention nursing can improve the patient's self-care ability and post-discharge compliance,reduce the complication rate and improve the satisfaction of nursing,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
