基于仲景临床诊疗决策思维的《金匮要略》厚朴七物汤方证解析

摘　　要：基于仲景临床诊疗决策思维解析《金匮要略》厚朴七物汤方证。通过方证及方后加减法,结合《伤寒论》有关原文,认为该方所治非里实热证兼太阳表证,而为里虚寒(寒性之无形气滞)兼外感表证。从症状立法选方到精准加减,可窥仲景临床诊疗决策思维的详细过程,亦可领会其用药精当之处。The prescription-syndrome of Houpo Qiwu Decoction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber(Jingui Yaolve)is analyzed based on Zhongjing’s clinical decision-making thinking of diagnosis and treatment. Through the prescription and its addition and subtraction modification, combined with the original text of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases(Shanghan Lun), it is considered that this prescription is not used for interior excessive heat syndrome with exogenous superficies syndrome,but interior deficient cold syndrome with Taiyang superficies syndrome. From symptom, rule of treatment, prescription selection to precise addition and subtraction, it could reflect the detailed process of Zhongjing’s clinical decision-making thinking of diagnosis and treatment, and understand the essence of the medication.
