摘　　要：通过对我国7城市高新技术企业的实地调查,运用Logit回归模型对高新技术企业创新能力的主要驱动因素进行实证研究,探究我国高新技术企业在关键核心技术领域的创新特点。研究表明,我国高新技术企业的创新能力主要受创新战略、创新投入、创新模式和企业规模的影响。实施创新驱动发展战略,增强创新动力和迈入高端创新层级,应加大研发资金向关键核心技术和高端技术领域的倾斜力度,加快复合型高素质专利人才队伍建设,强化原始创新,提高模仿创新和合作创新效率,引导激发企业管理层形成高端创新战略意识。Based on the field survey of high-tech enterprises in seven cities in China,this paper makes an empirical study on the main driving factors of innovation ability of high-tech enterprises by using Logit regression model,and explores the innovation characteristics of high-tech enterprises in key core technology fields in China.The research shows that the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises in China is mainly driven by innovation strategy,innovation investment,innovation mode and enterprise scale.In order to implement the innovation-driven development strategy,enhance the innovation power and step into the high-end innovation level,it is necessary to increase the research and development funds to the key core technology and high-end technology fields,accelerate the construction of compound high-quality patent talents,enhance the original innovation,improve the efficiency of imitation innovation and cooperative innovation,and guide and stimulate the enterprise management to form a high-end innovation strategic awareness.
