摘  要:针对无级变速器中应用节能型先导比例减压阀的减压回路压力线性度随油液温度降低而变差的现象,采用中心组合的试验设计方法,以颤振电流的幅值及频率为输入参数,以压力线性度为观察目标进行了低温测试。根据低温测试结果建立了响应面模型,基于响应面方程进行了遗传算法寻优。根据仿真优化结果进行的低温测试结果说明了此方法的有效性。Aiming at the phenomenon that the pressure linearity of CVT pressure reduction circuits with energy-saving pilot proportional pressure reduction valve worsened with the decrease of oil temperature,a test design method of central combination was adopted.Amplitude and frequency of dither currents were taken as input parameters,and the pressure linearity was taken as observation target to conduct low temperature tests.According to the results of low temperature tests,response surface model was established,and then genetic algorithm was used to optimize the response surface equation.Results of low temperature tests with the simulation optimization parameters show the effectiveness of this method.
