摘  要:采用文献资料法,访谈法、实验研究法,对功能性训练在中小学体育教学的应用进行了论证分析,功能性训练的理念、内容、手段、方式方法和我国中小学学校体育的教学目标相一致,在中小学体育教学中具有很强的实用性、针对性、利于开展,有利于学生体育兴趣的培养和锻炼动机的激励;其养护性和康复性健康理念与学生健康体魄的塑造相辅相成.研究认为功能性训练能够切实提高中小学学生的体能,研究结果以期为中小学体育教学的进一步发展改革提供一些思路,丰富体育教学的理论,为中小学学生体能的发展提供教学素材和方法导引.The application of functional training in physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools was demonstrated and analyzed by means of literature review,interview and experimental research.The concept,content,means and methods of functional training are consistent with the teaching objectives of physical education in primary and secondary schools in China.It is conducive to the cultivation of students'interest in sports and the encouragement of their exercise motivation.The concept of conservation and rehabilitation of sexual health and the shaping of students'healthy body complement each other.Functional physical training contains scientific exercise concept,constantly develops innovative content and encourages people to pursue new ideas in exercise.It can be regarded as a way of lifelong physical exercise for people,which is an important criterion for the success of school physical exercise.In order to provide some ideas for the further development and reform of physical education in primary and secondary schools,to enrich the theory of physical education,to provide teaching materials and methods for the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools.
