摘　　要：高等院校的教育信息化建设在教育发展改革工作中有着十分重要的作用。本文概述了当前高校信息化项目风险管理研究的背景,总结归纳了高校信息化项目风险管理的含义及特点,围绕风险识别、分析、处理和监控四个方面,阐述了风险管理工作的关键要点,给出当前解决高校信息化项目风险管理工作的策略和方法。the construction of educational informatization in Colleges and universities plays an important role in the reform of educational development.This paper summarizes the background of the research on risk management of university informatization project,summarizes the meaning and characteristics of risk management of university informatization project,expounds the key points of risk management around four aspects of risk identification,analysis,processing and monitoring,and gives the strategies and methods to solve the risk management of university informatization project.
