摘　　要：本文针对IB项目对学校组织结构、教师队伍、课程体系及评价方式的要求进行了研究,并归纳总结了目前案例学校仍存在的问题,最后从建立多元文化管理机制和非正式组织制度、完善教师培训机制以及推动组织文化建设这四个方面给予了一定的建议。This paper studies the requirements of the IB project on the school's organizational structure,teaching staff and curriculum system and evaluation methods,and summarizes the current problems of the case school.Finally,some suggestions were given from the four aspects of establishing multicultural management mechanism and informal organization system,perfecting teacher training mechanism and promoting organizational culture construction.
