摘 要:我国市场经济体制改革之后,劳动关系双方的矛盾更加突出,频频出现因为利益导致的纠纷和争执,法院面对此类案件已经应接不暇。国家想要妥善处理劳动者和用人双方的各种矛盾,就必须重视问题的根源,尽可能地在问题刚刚产生的时候就完美化解。本文通过研究我国企业内部劳动争议处理机制的不足,在分析不足产生的同时提出对应的解决对策。After the reform of China's market economy system,the contradictions between the two sides of labor relations have become more prominent,and disputes and controversies caused by interests have occurred frequently.The court has been overwhelmed with such cases.If the state wants to properly deal with all kinds of contradictions between workers and employers,it must pay attention to the root cause of the problem and try to solve it perfectly as soon as the problem arises.This paper studies the shortcomings of the internal labor dispute settlement mechanism in China's enterprises,and puts forward corresponding solutions while analyzing the causes of the deficiencies.
