摘  要:利用Creo/Simulate模块对某温控三轴转台进行温度载荷下的有限元分析,得出感应同步器绕组间距在高低温下的变化值。通过分析绕组间距变化的原因,提出了采用材料变化补偿的方法,减小了感应同步器在高低温下的绕组间距变化量,提升了输出信号的稳定性,解决了温控三轴转台角度位置显示值波动过大的问题。对于温控三轴转台的设计和感应同步器在高低温下的应用具有指导作用。The Creo/Simulate module is used to perform finite element analysis of a temperature-controlled three-axis turntable under temperature load.The change value of the induction synchronizer pitch winding at high and low temperatures is obtained.By analyzing the causes of pitch winding changes,a method of material change compensation is proposed to reduce the amount of pitch winding changes of the induction synchronizer at high and low temperatures and improve the stability of the output signal.The problem of the angular position displayed value excessive fluctuation of the temperature-controlled three-axis turntable was solved.It has a guiding role in the design of temperature-controlled three-axis turntables and the application of induction synchronizers at high and low temperatures.
