摘  要:密珠式深沟球轴承适用于低速、高旋转定位精度及承受较大径向和轴向负载的场合。其中,密珠式深沟球轴承的轴向承载性能受径向游隙的影响较大,进而影响轴承的使役行为。文中基于一款自主设计的密珠式深沟球轴承,建立了球轴承轴向承载的理论计算模型,并通过Matlab软件开展了程序化计算,分别得到了径向游隙对轴向承载能力和轴向定位精度的影响,得出轴向承载能力与径向游隙成反比关系、轴向定位精度与径向游隙成正比关系的结论。Dense-ball deep groove ball bearing is suitable for low speed,high rotation positioning accuracy and large radial and axial load.Among them,the axial bearing capacity of dense-ball deep groove ball bearing is greatly affected by the radial clearance,which further affects the service behavior of the bearing.Based on a self-designed dense-ball deep groove ball bearing,this paper establishes the theoretical calculation model of the axial bearing of the ball bearing,and carries out the program calculation using MATLAB software.The influence of the radial clearance on the axial bearing capacity and the axial positioning accuracy is obtained,and the inverse relationship between the axial bearing capacity and the radial clearance,and the proportional relationship between the axial positioning accuracy and the radial clearance are obtained.
