摘 要:结合多柔体动力学理论和ADAMS、ANSYS软件,建立动车组刮雨器关键部件柔性体的刚柔耦合运动学、动力学数学模型,基于虚拟样机仿真的力学参数导入动力学模型,形成了刚柔耦合仿真模型。分析了四连杆急性回转特性在1个周期内角速度方向改变2次所产生的瞬间冲击力对整体系统的影响,结果表明,当转动板连杆重合和共线状态时,角速度及角加速度变化特性和关键部件强度均满足设计要求,同时刚柔耦合联合仿真的方法为后续产品设计和优化提供了理论依据。Combining the theory of multi-flexible body dynamics with ADAMS and ANSYS software,a rigid-flexible coupled kinematics and dynamics mathematical model of the flexible body of the key components of the EMU wiper is established.Based on the mechanical parameters of the virtual prototype simulation,the dynamic model is introduced to form a rigid-flexible coupling simulation model.The impact of the instantaneous impact force generated by the quickreturn characteristic of the four-bar linkage in two changes of the angular velocity direction in one cycle is analyzed.The results show that when the rotating plate connecting rods are coincident and collinear,the angular velocity and angular acceleration change characteristics and the strength of key components meet the design requirements.At the same time,the rigid-flexible coupling co-simulation method provides a theoretical basis for subsequent product design and optimization.
