摘　　要：泪囊炎是婴幼儿的常见病,可因出生时鼻泪管下端Hasner瓣膜未破、泪道发育异常或开口处堵塞,泪液和细菌潴留继发感染所致。泪囊炎可引起泪囊局部稍隆起,影响眼部外观,继而引起内眦部皮肤充血或出现湿疹,治疗不及时可导致结膜炎、角膜炎、睑缘炎、泪囊瘘等多种慢性感染,给患儿和家长带来极大的痛苦。目前对于婴幼儿泪囊炎的治疗已逐步完善,但仍未形成统一标准,本文就婴幼儿泪囊炎的治疗进展进行综述。Dacryocystitis is a common disease in infants.It was secondary infection caused by tear and bacteria retention because of failure opened of Hasner valve,abnormal development or blockage of the lacrimal duct.A slight uplift of the lacrimal sac could occur and in turn caused hyperemia or eczema in the internal iliac crest.Multiple chronic infections such as conjunctivitis,keratitis,blepharitis,and lacrimal sac could occur when treatment was not in time.Improvement of the treatment of infantile dacryocystitis has been observed,but no standard of treatment was reported.The aim of this study was to report the progression of the treatment of infantile dacryocystitis.
