摘　　要：目的:探讨预防腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术(LRP)后并发症的护理干预措施。方法:观察2017年7月─2018年12月收治58例经腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者围手术期护理干预效果。结果:系统的术前护理评估和采取预见性的护理干预措施,能明显减少前列腺癌患者术后继发出血、下肢静脉血栓、尿失禁、勃起功能障碍等并发症的发生。结论:术前系统的护理评估和密切观察病情与预见性地个性化护理干预措施是预防和减少LRP术后并发症的关键。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on prevention of postoperative complications of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Method A total of 58 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected,sum up and reflect of the perioperative nursing interventions.Results Systematic nursing assessment and foreseeable nursing could significantly reduce the occurrence of secondary hemorrhage,deep vein thrombosis,urinary incontinence.Conclusion Systematic nursing assessment and foreseeable nursing plays a vital role in reducing the complications of prostate cancer patients treated by laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.
