摘　　要：目的:分析植入性虹膜囊肿的临床特点及病理学特点。方法:回顾性分析山西省眼科医院2008年1月至2018年12月外伤后和手术后的植入性虹膜囊肿7例(7眼)的临床及病理学资料。结果:虹膜囊肿切除后眼压得以控制,末次随访未见囊肿复发,但有2例因眼部并发症再次手术。病理学检查结果:5例为典型的复层鳞状上皮细胞表现,1例为表皮样囊肿改变,1例为似晶状体皮质纤维改变。结论:植入性虹膜囊肿可有不同的病理表现,但早期诊治有助于改善预后。Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological feature of implanted iris cyst.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 7 eyes of 7 cases of implanted iris cyst after trauma or operation from Jan.2008 to Dec.2018 in Shanxi Eye Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results IOP were controlled after iris cyst resection.There was no recurrence at the last follow-up,but 2 cases received reoperation due to ocular complication.Pathological examination results:the typical pathology type were found in 5 cases with stratified squamous epithelium,the epidermoid type in 1 case,and the lens cortex fibre type in 1 case.Conclusion Implanted cyst of iris can be pathologically classified into different types.Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis.
