“一带一路”背景下高职应用越南语专业人才企业需求研究  

Research on Enterprise Demands for Talents of Vocational Applied Vietnamese Specialty under the Background of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

摘　　要：在"一带一路"倡议下,中越经贸发展出现新形势、新特点和新内容,对高职应用越南语专业人才的需求也发生改变。通过问卷、网络调研、访谈等方式,分析了解目前的产业及岗位需求现状,掌握企业对于高职应用越南语专业人才能力需求的具体内容以及趋势,从而对各高职院校应用越南语专业人才培养工作提出要稳定规模、坚持"语言+技能"、探索书证融通、开展跨国合作等建议。By taking the demands of enterprises for talents majored in Applied Vietnamese in higher voca⁃tional schools as an observing point,this article has acquired,by means of questionnaires,network sur⁃veys,interviews,information collection,etc.,the new trends,characteristics and contents emerging in Chi⁃na-Vietnam(being the 9th top trade partner of China)economic and trade development over the recent years under the“Belt and Road”Initiative.On such base,it analyzed present status of the industries and demand for posts and specific contents and trends of enterprise demands on the talents majored in Ap⁃plied Vietnamese in higher vocational schools.Meanwhile,by combining analysis and results of the sur⁃vey,to the cultivation of talents majored in Applied Vietnamese in those higher vocational schools,it has proposed such opinions and suggestions as that they need to stabilize the scale,to insist on“language+skills”,to explore connection and integration of documents and certificates,and to carry out transnational cooperation,thus to better promote the cultivation of talents majored in related specialties.
