摘　　要：目的针对公共场合服务机器人,探索用户对其屏幕设计的偏好和预期。方法实验为3(屏幕设计方案:头部单屏/双屏/一体屏)*2(屏幕信息呈现:有/无)的组内实验设计。采用对偶比较法研究被试在有无屏幕信息呈现下对不同屏幕设计方案的偏好。因变量为用户偏好选择,以及对每种方案的互动意愿,智能度和拟人度评价。实验共30位被试参与。结果不论有无信息呈现,被试最偏好的均为双屏设计。核心原因在于其拟人度高、信息展现效率高。无信息呈现时,被试对一体屏和头部单屏的偏好不存在显著差异;而有信息呈现时,被试对一体屏的偏好显著增加。此外,面对不同的屏幕设计,被试会产生不同的功能及交互类型的预期。结论研究结果可以用来指导公共场合服务机器人的屏幕设计。Objective Targeted at service robots in public places,this study investigated users’preferences and anticipations towards different screen designs.Methods The study used a 3(screen designs head single screen/dual screens(head screen and body screen)/body screen)*2(with/without information display on screen)within-subject design.Paired comparison method was used to investigate users’preferences towards different designs.Participants were also asked to rate each screen designs in terms of interaction intention,and perceived level of intelligence and anthropomorphism.In total,we recruited 30 participants.Results In both with and without information conditions,the design of dual screens was preferred the most.Core reasons might reside in its advantages in terms of anthropomorphism and information display efficiency.We also found that in information display condition,preference towards the design of body screen increased significantly compared to in without information display condition,as the capability of displaying information was weighted more in with information display condition.Our findings could be used to guide screen designs in public service robots.
