摘　　要：目的:分析新生血管性青光眼联合治疗效果。方法:选择2016年8月-2019年8月在我院接受治疗的新生血管性青光眼患者50例作为研究对象,依据治疗方式分成对照组和观察组各25例,对照组患者应用降眼压药物后行引流阀植入术,观察组患者术前一周玻璃腔内注射康柏西普、一周后再行引流阀植入,比较两组术后眼压、并发症发生率以及手术成功率。结果:术后观察组患者的眼压低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组手术成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:新生血管性青光眼通过玻璃腔内注射康柏西普联合引流阀植入治疗效果显著,能有效控制眼压、提高手术成功率、降低术后并发症。Objective:To analyze the effect of combined treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods:50 patients with neovascular glaucoma who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group and an observation group of 25 patients according to the treatment method.After the drainage valve implantation,the patients in the observation group were injected with Compaxicept one week before surgery,and then implanted with the drainage valve one week later.The intraocular pressure,the incidence of complications and the success rate of surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the postoperative observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neovascular glaucoma has significant therapeutic effect through intravitreal injection of Compaxicept combined with drainage valve,which can effectively control intraocular pressure,improve the success rate of surgery,and reduce postoperative complications.
