摘　　要：面对新的发展形势和任务,上海国资国企需要进一步围绕高质量发展要求,认清自身的优势和短板,在改革发展重要领域和关键环节持续发力,有的放矢强变革、促转型,以实现竞争力在稳固中走向提质增效,影响力在新动能中得以拓展,并加快补齐活力短板。Facing the new development situation and tasks,Shanghai state-owned enterprises need to further focus on the requirements of high-quality development,recognize their own advantages and shortcomings,make sustained efforts in the important fields and key links of reform and development,focus on targeted reforms and promote transformation,so as to realize competitiveness in stability,improve quality and efficiency,expand influence in new momentum,and speed up the replenishment of vitality.
