转型背景下农业院校校企协同育人模式的构建

摘　　要：为适应经济社会发展需求及现代社会对于专业人才的要求,我国高等教育的育人模式也在不断的发生转变,从“求学需求”逐步转变成“社会需求”。而校企合作协同育人是企业与高校共同育人的一种新模式,对于提高学生就业创业能力,推动高校发展具有深远意义。本文以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,针对动物科技学院协同育人的现状进行了分析,总结了存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,以期为高校的人才培养提供帮助。In order to adapt the needs of economic and social development and the requirements of modern society for professional talents,the education mode of higher education in China is also changing constantly,from“learning needs”to“social needs”.The school enterprise cooperative education is a new mode for enterprises and universities to educate people together,which is of far-reaching significance for improving the employment and entrepreneurship ability of students and promoting the development of universities.Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural Reclamation University as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation of collaborative education in animal science and Technology College,summarized the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide help for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.
