摘  要:目的绘制ROC曲线探讨miR-375、miR-106b和AFP在肝癌早期诊断中的价值。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年7月间收治的80例肝癌患者作为观察组,80例肝硬化或其他肝病患者作为对照组;检测患者血中miR-375、miR-106b和AFP水平,并绘制ROC曲线分析血清miR-375、miR-106b和AFP在肝癌早期诊断的价值。结果观察组患者血中miR-375、miR-106b和AFP水平均明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);miR-375、miR-106b和AFP是影响AFP发生发展的独立性影响因素(P<0.05);miR-375、miR-106b和AFP联合鉴别诊断的灵敏度、特异性及AUC均明显高于各指标单独应用,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用miR-375、miR-106b和AFP联合应用对肝癌进行早期诊断的AUC大于0.9,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of miR-375,miR-106b and AFP in the early diagnosis of liver cancer using ROC curve.Methods 80 patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital from January,2017 to July,2019 were used as the observation group and 80 patients with liver cirrhosis or other liver diseases as a control group.The levels of miR-375,miR-106b and AFP in the blood of all patients were measured,and ROC was plotted to evaluate the value of serum miR-375,miR-106b and AFP in the early diagnosis of liver cancer.Results The blood levels of miR-375,miR-106b,and AFP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).All three indexes were independent impact factors(P<0.05).Also,the sensitivity,specificity,and AUC of the combined differential diagnosis of miR-375,miR-106b and AFP were significantly higher than those of single-index diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of miR-375,miR-106b and AFP for the early diagnosis of liver cancer has an AUC greater than 0.9,which has a high application value.
