摘 要:海洋地质十号船钻柱升沉补偿系统主要用于钻进时因船体升沉引起的钻柱上下位移补偿,维持井底钻压恒定;同时也可用于解决水下设备安装时的准确下放问题,防止碰撞事故发生。采用被动式液气系统补偿模式,具有成本低、易于维护和操作、补偿精度高的特点,满足了设计和使用要求。目前该系统已经应用在海洋地质十号船钻探系统中,并在海洋地质钻探中发挥了重要用,达到了预期的效果。The heave compensation system for drilling string of No.10 marine geology ship is used to compensate the up and down displacement of the drill string caused by the hull heaving during drilling to maintain a constant bottom hole pressure.It can also be used to solve the problem of accurate lowering when installing underwater equipment preventing collision accidents.The passive hydraulic-gas system compensation mode is adopted,has the characteristics of low cost,easy maintenance and operation,as well as high compensation accuracy,and meets the design and use requirements.At present,the system has been applied to the drilling system of No.10 marine geology ship,has played an important role in marine geological drilling,and has achieved the expected results.
