摘　　要：为爆破拆除某火力发电厂坍塌事故残体,通过向边长50 cm的空心立柱中填充混凝土实现空心钢结构立柱的钻孔爆破。通过在钻孔两侧切割引导缝削弱钢材对爆轰能量的抵抗能力,实现利用乳化炸药以7.4 kg/m 3至8.89 kg/m 3的单耗爆破拆除钢结构立柱的目的。通过预先填充混凝土补偿钻孔和引导缝造成的结构强度损失,保证了起爆前钢结构厂房的稳定和施工安全。通过钢丝网、防晒网、单层沙袋组成的防护体系有效的控制了爆破飞散物和爆破空气冲击波,进而实现了处理该安全隐患的工作目的。预注混凝土爆破拆除筒状钢结构工艺可以用以爆破拆除钢结构。In order to blasting and demolish the remains of a thermal power plant′s collapse accident,drilling and blasting of hollow steel structure columns is achieved by filling concrete to hollow columns with side length 50 cm.By cutting guide joints on both sides of the borehole to weaken the resistance of steel to detonation energy,the purpose of using emulsified explosives to demolish steel structure columns with powder factor from 7.4 kg/m 3 to 8.89 kg/m 3 is realized.The stability and construction safety of the steel structural workshop before detonation is ensured by pre-filling concrete to compensate for the structural strength loss caused by drilling and cutting guide joint.Through the protective system of steel wire mesh,sunblock mesh and single layer sandbag,the blasting flying fragments and blasting air shock wave are effectively controlled,thereby achieving the work purpose of dealing with this hidden danger.The process of blasting steel tubular structures with prefilled concrete can be used for blasting demolition of steel structures.
