摘　　要：目的 分析食管曲张静脉套扎联合胃底曲张静脉组织胶注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果.方法 选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的80例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,患者均实施食管曲张静脉套扎联合胃底曲张静脉组织胶注射治疗.分析患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,中、重度静脉曲张患者占比少于治疗前(P<0.05).72例止血成功,止血成功率为90.00%;1例患者发生再出血,再出血率为1.25%;止血时间为(3.60±2.46)h.治疗后,患者的疼痛评分为(5.16±0.27)分,明显低于治疗前的(6.34±0.36)分(P<0.05).2例(2.5%)出现术中胶圈脱落现象,2例(2.5%)出现术后咽痛症状,无术后胸痛等其他并发症发生.结论 食管曲张静脉套扎联合胃底曲张静脉组织胶注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果确切,可提高止血成功率,避免再出血,减轻疼痛,缩短止血时间,且安全性高.Objective To analyze the effect of esophageal varices ligation combined with gastric varices tissue glue injection in the treatment of esophageal varices bleeding.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with esophageal gastric varices bleeding were selected and treated with esophageal varices ligation and gastric varices tissue glue injection.The treatment effect of patients was analyzed.Results After treatment,the proportion of patients with moderate and severe varices was less than that before treatment(P<0.05).72 cases were successful in hemostasis,the success rate was 90.00%;1 case had rebleeding,the rebleeding rate was 1.25%;the hemostasis time was(3.60±2.46)hour.After treatment,the pain score of the patients was(5.16±0.27),which was significantly lower than(6.34±0.36)before treatment(P<0.05).2 cases(2.5%)had intraoperative rubber band falling off,2 cases(2.5%)had postoperative pharyngeal pain,no postoperative chest pain and other complications.Conclusion Esophageal varices ligation combined with gastric varices tissue glue injection in the treatment of esophageal varices bleeding has a precise effect,it can improve the success rate of hemostasis,avoid rebleeding,relieve pain,shorten the hemostasis time,and has high safety.
