摘  要:针对传统纺纱机因使用直流电动机和皮带轮作为传动组合而使转子速度调节误差较大,从而导致纱线断裂、颜色不均等问题,设计了一种新型的纺纱机罗拉调速方案,以6个步进电动机代替传统纺纱机的机械结构。采用基于Sigmoid算法的S型曲线速度算法实时控制纺纱机速度,使用光电编码器测量电动机的速度,再传输给现场可编程逻辑门阵列。经仿真和板级验证,采用改进算法的各电动机在1000 ms内能够将150~400 Hz之间的任意一个频率调节至另一频率且不失步,并且控制误差范围在±3 Hz内。结果表明,该系统能够替代现有的纺纱机调速系统,有效解决现有的使用皮带轮传动纺纱机存在的断纱、颜色不均等问题,具有较好的经济价值。In order to solve the problems of yarn breakage and color inequality caused by the large adjustment error of rotor speed caused by the use of DC motor and pulley as the driving combination of traditional spinning frame,a new spinning frame production scheme was proposed.Six stepping motors were used to replace the mechanical structure of traditional spinning frame,and the s-shaped curve speed algorithm based on sigmoid algorithm was used to control their speed in real time.The speed of the motor is measured by photoelectric encoder and then transmitted to FPGA.Through simulation and board level verification,each motor using the improved algorithm can adjust to another frequency within 1000 ms at any frequency between 150-400 Hz without losing step and the control error range is within±3 Hz.The results show that the system can replace the existing speed control system of spinning frame,and can effectively solve the problems of yarn breakage and color inequality in the latter,which has better economic value.
