摘　　要：病机学说是中医学的重要部分,基于《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第四版)》提出中医以分期治疗的特点,结合名家观点以及许多临床实际病例观察,作者提出新冠肺炎各期病机不同,新冠肺炎恢复期的病机特点主要为“气阴两伤,余邪未尽”。通过对1例新冠肺炎恢复期患者的诊疗经过,介绍从“谨守病机,临证治之”诊疗新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的临床体会。在西医常规治疗外,中医诊疗上应谨守其病机,结合辨证,以提高临床疗效。The theory of pathogenesis is an important part in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on staged treatment mentioned in Treatment Plan of 2019-nCoV(4th version for trial),this article suggests the differences of disease onset in each stage.In accordance with his experience,the author holds the view that the pathogenesis of patients with COVID-19 during recovery period is shown as“impairment of both qi and yi,other evil is not removed”.The clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 during recovery period by adopting“pathogenesis kept,diagnostic methods”is introduced by describing the diagnosis and treatment process of one case treatment of COVID-19 during recovery period.Beside the conventional treatment in Western medicine,the pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine shall be kept and combined with diagnostic methods to improve the clinical efficacy.
