探析高职大学生心理健康教育的路径选择与诊改要素

摘　　要：作为教学工作课程诊改的关注点之一,高职大学生心理健康教育工作的目标任务及其路径选择决定着心理健康教育的实际成效.在构建大学生心理健康教育质量保障体系工作中,采用"测评筛查-方案制订-组织实施-综合评估-持续改进"五阶段循环诊改的工作路径,不断优化课堂教学、课外实践、咨询服务、预防干预等方面的设计与实施,厘清大学生心理健康教育在平台框架搭建、诊断主体确立、诊断标准选取等方面区别于其它专业学科的自有特征,建立符合其自身运行特征的教学质量保证体系,是实现该课程不断完善和自我提升的应有之选.As one of the concerns of the diagnosis and reform of teaching work curriculum,target task and path selection of mental health education for vocational college students determine the actual effectiveness of mental health education.In the construction of the quality assurance system for the psychological health education of college students,the five-stage cyclic diagnosis and reform work path of"testing and screening-plan formulation-organization implementation-comprehensive evaluation-continuous improvement"is used to continuously optimize the design and implementation of classroom teaching,extracurricular practice and consulting services,to clarify the characteristics of university students'mental health education that are different from other professional disciplines in terms of platform framework construction,diagnosis subject establishment,and diagnostic criteria selection,to establish a teaching quality assurance system that meets its own operating characteristics.This is the right choice to achieve continuous improvement and self-improvement of the curriculum.
