摘　　要：近年来大量临床及基础研究报道,Wnt/p-catenin信号通路与多种神经系统疾病的发生发展有着密切关系。为提高人们对Wnt/p-catenin信号通路与神经系统疾病关系的重视,并为治疗提供新的靶点,本文就Wnt/p-catenin信号通路与阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、癫痫、多发性硬化症以及重症肌无力关系的研究进展作一综述。Abundant clinical and basic studies in recent years reported the high association of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway with the incidence and development of multiple neurological disorders.In order to improve the attention about the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and neurological disorders,and to provide new therapy target,this article reviews the research progress on the relationship between wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and Parkinson′s disease,Alzheimer′s disease,epilepsy,multiple sclerosis and myasthenia gravis.
