摘 要:由于制造工艺原因或者设计需要,会在某些汽轮机整锻转子上加工中心孔。开孔对转子刚度有所影响,因此有必要研究转子中心孔对轴系动态特性的影响。建立实心转子、局部开盲孔转子和中心开通孔转子3种模型,计算3种模型下轴系的临界转速、扭振频率和短路剪切应力,对比分析不同模型下轴系的动态响应特点及规律。同时,对于中心开通孔模型,研究不同的中心孔直径对计算结果的影响。根据研究结果,总结对比全整锻转子和开孔整锻转子的轴系动态特性,为相关设计提供参考。To meet requirements of design and manufacturing,central bore would be made in some integrally forged solid turbine rotors.Therefore,rotor stiffness will be affected by the central bore,so it’s necessary to study the influence of rotor’s central bore on shafting dynamic performance.Models of solid rotor,partial blind bore rotor and central bore rotor are established to calculate shafting critical speed,torsion frequency and shear stress,then the shafting dynamic characteristics and rules under different models are compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,as for the model of rotor with central bore,the influence of different diameters of central bore on the calculation result is also studied.Based on that,shafting dynamic performance between integrally forged solid rotor and rotor with central bore has been summarized,providing reference for relevant design.
