摘　　要：加快推进和创新社会治理是推动和完善国家治理体系和治理能力的重要内容,结合思想政治教育沟通的特点和价值,深入探析其社会治理功能,是促进和保障社会治理高效运行的重要途径。思想政治教育沟通的社会治理功能一方面体现在对社会治理个体产生的心理调适,情绪疏导与人格塑造作用;另一方面体现在对社会治理整体发展的疏导协调,科学高效与社会整合等作用。当前我国社会治理正处于关键时期,从思想政治教育沟通的社会治理功能方面入手,对社会治理中出现的新问题,进行针对性的分析并提出相应的改善措施,是新时代下推动社会治理发展的必然趋势。Accelerating and innovating social governance is an important content of promoting and improving national governance system and governance ability.Combining the characteristics and value of ideological and political education communication,in-depth analysis of its social governance function is an important way to promote and ensure the efficient operation of social governance.On the one hand,the social governance function of Ideological and political education communication is reflected in the psychological adjustment,emotional guidance and personality shaping of individual social governance;on the other hand,it is reflected in the coordination of the overall development of social governance,scientific and efficient social integration.At present,China'social governance is in a critical period.Starting from the social governance function of Ideological and political education communication,it is an inevitable trend to promote the development of social governance in the new era to analyze the new problems in social governance and put forward corresponding improvement measures.
