摘　　要：神经精神异常是出生缺陷的重要组成部分,是近年来出生缺陷病因学研究的热点领域。PTCHD1基因是新近发现的神经精神异常相关基因,它的诸多结构及功能尚在进一步探索之中。本文就PTCHD1基因结构及功能的研究进展进行综述。Neuropsychiatric diseases are important parts of birth defects,and they are hot areas in the etiology of birth defects in recent years.PTCHD1 is a newly discovered neuropsychiatric disorder-related gene,its many structures and functions need to be further studied.In this article,the current research progress of PTCHD1 gene is reviewed.
