摘　　要：目的探讨HACCP与思维导图在供应中心应急演练中的应用效果。方法 HACCP与思维导图应用于供应中心应急演练中,并将其与大众化应急流程演练进行对比。结果实验组在停电,停水和停汽演练的最终完成度及影响分数均显著高于对照组,实验组人力、技术指标扣分低于对照组,实验组在领导重视分数,职工积极性,演练前培训质量,演练时间这四项指标上显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而在频率分数这一指标下统计无显著差异。结论 HACCP与思维导图联合应用的应急演练流程具有较好的效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of HACCP combined with mind mapping in the emergency drilling of supply center.Methods HACCP and mind maps were applied to the supply center emergency drills and compared with the popular emergency process drills.Results The final completion degree and impact score of experimental group in power outage,water stop and stop steam exercise were higher than control group.The deduction points of experimental group’s manpower and technical indicators were lower than control group.The experimental group paid attention to the scores and the enthusiasm of the staff.The quality of training before the exercise and the time of exercise were higher than those of control group (P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in frequency score.Conclusion The emergency drill process combined with HACCP and mind map has a good effect.
