摘　　要：目的:探讨使用萨勃心肺复苏机对心跳呼吸骤停患者进行心肺复苏的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年7月在北京市房山区良乡医院进行急救的120例心跳呼吸骤停患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为甲组(n=60)和乙组(n=60)。使用徒手心肺复苏术对甲组患者进行心肺复苏。使用萨勃心肺复苏机对乙组患者进行心肺复苏。然后,比较两组患者的心率、收缩压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、急救成功及生存情况。结果:急救后,乙组患者的心率和呼吸频率均慢于甲组患者,P<0.05;乙组患者的收缩压、血氧饱和度、急救的成功率及生存率均高于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用萨勃心肺复苏机对心跳呼吸骤停患者进行心肺复苏急救的成功率较高,可显著改善其生命体征,提高其生存率。objective:to investigate the clinical effect of using saber cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)machine for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest.Methods:from July 2018 to July 2019,120 patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest in liangxiang hospital,fangshan district,Beijing were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into group a(n=60)and group b(n=60).Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)was performed on group a patients with bare-handed resuscitation.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)was performed on group b patients using saber cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)machine.Then,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation,first aid success and survival were compared between the two groups.Results:after emergency treatment,the heart rate and respiratory rate of patients in group b were slower than those in group a(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,first aid success rate and survival rate of patients in group b were all higher than those in group a(P<0.05).Conclusion:the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in cardiac and respiratory arrest patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest is higher with saber cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine,which can significantly improve their vital signs and survival rate.
