摘 要:多数高职院校体育教学活动仍然以传统的身体素质和技能传授为主,缺乏对体育精神和人文情怀的培养。本文重点面向高职院校学生体育精神的培养,通过打造"3项对接""4个结合"的"3+4"融合机制,创新性地融合高校体育教学活动与思政教育教学,在体育活动中融入人文理念,寓"思"于"育",拓展体育课程思政的实施路径,实现对学生身体素质教育与精神价值的塑造,建立更完善的体育与思政教育理论体系,促进高职学生职业品质的养成。Most of the sports activities in higher vocational colleges still emphasize on the traditional physical education,lacking the training of s portsmanship and h umanistic s pirits.In order tor ealize the development of students'physical quality education,spiritual value and students'moral qualities,and improve more perfect theoretical education system of sports,this paper,through analyzing the integration of"3+4"mechanism,and innovative education,focuses on the cultivation of college students'sports spirit,integrating the col lege sports activities,ideological teaching and"thinking"in"education"into humanistic ideas in the sports.
