跳远助跑后四步速度与成绩关系的研究

摘　　要：为了解济宁市体校跳远运动员跳远助跑后四步技术特征,促进其能够更好地进行专项技术训练,本文运用文献资料法,录像分析法、数理统计法、对比分析法对济宁市体校跳远运动员跳远助跑后四步速度情况进行分析,结果表明:济宁市体校跳远运动员在跳远助跑时,普遍存在步点不准确的情况,大多运动员会在助跑最后两步中通过改变速度的方式调整步点,影响助跑最后阶段的节奏和助跑速度,不利于创造好成绩。In order to understand the four step technical characteristics of the long jumpers in Jining sports school after their long jump a pproach a nd promote their s pecial t echnical t raining,t his paper a nalyzes the four s tep s peed of the long jumpers in Jining sports school after their long jump approach by using the methods of literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The results show that the long jumpers in Jining Sports School In the run-up of long jump,the inaccuracy of step points is common.Most athletes will adjust the step points in the last two steps of run-up by changing the speed,which will affect the rhythm and run-up speed in the last stage of run-up,and is not conducive to creating good results.
