摘  要:体质测量与评价,离不开科学的测量方法和测量仪器。鉴于当前传统的测量仪器无法完全满足躯干转体测量准确性的要求,针对性地开展了基于人机工程学的躯干转体测量仪的研发。运用人体工程学和机械设计方法,利用CAD工程软件,结合人机工程学理论和我国成年人人体尺寸国家标准,画出了装配图和零件图,研制了一种躯干转体测量仪,该测量仪能大大提高躯干转体测量的准确性。Physical measurement and evaluation depends on scientif ic methods and instruments.As the current traditional measurement instruments cannot fully meet the requirements of the torso rotation measurement accuracy,we carry out research and development on torso rotation measurement instruments based on ergonomics.Applied with CAD software and methods of ergonomics and mechanical design,assembly drawings and part drawings were painted and torso rotation measuring instrument were developed.These achievements were combined with theory of ergonomics and Chinese national standards of adults'body size,which improves the accuracy of measurements to a large extent.
