摘 要:目的:本研究以含香豆素结构单元的小分子胶凝剂和冰片为原料,制备冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶,探讨冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶降低冰片挥发性作用。方法:将冰片-小分子胶凝剂-溶剂系统,通过加热-冷却方法制备凝胶,再经冷冻干燥制备冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶;通过差示扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)分析冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶体系;利用加速挥发实验对比冰片、冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶中冰片的损失量;借助红外光谱探讨干凝胶形成的驱动力。结果:冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶最佳制备工艺为冰片与小分子胶凝剂质量比3∶1,在石油醚(60~90)中5℃下形成稳定的凝胶;冰片与小分子胶凝剂质量比3∶1的SEM图中可见明显的组装体说明形成了凝胶体系,DSC测试结果与SEM结果一致;在50℃热风干燥箱中,4 h后冰片的损失量为29.57%,冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶中冰片的的损失量为4.79%,说明冰片-小分子胶凝干凝胶可以有效降低冰片的挥发,红外光谱测试结果表明氢键作用参与冰片-小分子胶凝剂干凝胶的形成过程。结论:冰片-小分子胶凝干凝胶可以降低冰片的挥发性,本研究为解决冰片挥发性问题提供新思路。Objective: To prepare borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel and investigate the volatilization-reducing effect on borneol. Methods: The xerogel was prepared from borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent-solvent system by heating-cooling method and freeze drying. The self-assembly structure of the xerogel was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and scanning electron microscope( SEM). The loss of borneol in borneol and that in borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel were compared by accelerated evaporation experiment. The driving force of xerogel formation was investigated by infrared spectroscopy.Results: The best preparation process of borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel was to let the borneol and low molecular-mass organic gelling agent form stable gel in petroleum ether( 60 ~ 90) at 5 ℃ with the mass ratio of 3∶ 1. The visible assembly in the SEM diagram showed that the gel system was formed,and the DSCtest agreed with the SEM results. The accelerated evaporation experiment in hot air dryer at 50 ℃ exhibited that the loss of borneol was 29. 57% in borneol and 4. 79% in borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel,which indicated that borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel could reduce the volatilization of borneol effectively. The IR spectra showed that hydrogen bonding was involved in the formation of borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel. Conclusion: Borneol-low molecular-mass organic gelling agent xerogel could reduce the volatilization of borneol effectively. This study maybe provided a new way to solve the problem of borneol volatilization.
