摘　　要：初级纤毛(primary cilium,PC)作为一种突出于人体几乎所有细胞表面的特殊细胞器,其重要结构和功能在维持正常生理稳态和影响恶性肿瘤的发生发展具有重要作用。初级纤毛内部诸多信号转导通路异常激活及相关功能性蛋白异常表达与来源于皮肤的基底细胞癌、恶性黑素瘤以及来源于其他系统的恶性肿瘤包括结肠腺癌、胰腺导管腺癌、乳腺癌、透明细胞肾癌、胶质母细胞瘤、骨肉瘤和软骨肉瘤等密切相关,并直接或者间接导致了这些恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。因此,进一步研究初级纤毛和恶性肿瘤的相互关系对于肿瘤的有效防治具有重要作用和意义。Primary cilium,as a special organelle protruding from the surface of almost all human cells,plays an important role in maintaining normal physiological homeostasis and influencing the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.Abnormal activation of many signal transduction pathways and abnormal expression of related functional proteins in primary cilium are closely related to basal cell carcinoma,malignant melanoma and malignant tumors of other different systems including adenocarcinoma of colon,pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,breast cancer,clear cell renal cell carcinoma,glioblastoma,osteosarcoma,and chondrosarcoma,and may directly or indirectly induce tumorigenesis and progression.Therefore,further study on the relationship between primary cilium and malignant tumors is of great significance for the effective prevention and treatment of tumors.
