自我效能干预联合IMB模型对食管癌化疗间歇期患者自我效能感自护能力及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自我效能干预联合信息-动机-行为技巧模型对食管癌化疗间歇期患者自我效能感、自护能力及生活质量的影响.方法将100例食管癌化疗间歇期患者按入院时间分为两组,各50例.两组均予以常规护理,在此基础上观察组予以自我效能联合信息-动机-行为技巧模型干预.于干预前后采用一般自我效能感量表、自护能力量表及癌症患者生活质量测定核心量表评定自我效能、自护能力及生活质量,干预后比较两组护理满意度.结果干预后两组一般自我效能感量表、自护能力量表评分及癌症患者生活质量测定核心量表的认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体健康状况维度分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).观察组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论自我效能干预联合信息-动机-行为技巧模型的应用可增强食管癌化疗间歇期患者的自我效能感,提高其自护能力、生活质量及护理满意度.Objective To observe the effect of self-efficacy intervention combined with Information-Motivation-Behavior skill(IMB)model on self-efficacy,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer in the intermittent period of chemotherapy.Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer in the intermittent period of chemotherapy were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,50 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received selfefficacy combined with IMB model intervention on the basis of the control group.Before and after the intervention,GSES,ESCA and QLQ-C30 were used to evaluate self-efficacy,self-care ability and quality of life.After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of the cognitive function,emotional function,social function,and overall health status of the two groups of GSES,ESCA,and QLQ-C30 were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of self-efficacy intervention combined with IMB model in patients with esophageal cancer in the intermittent period of chemotherapy can enhance their self-efficacy,improve their self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
